Both sets include the Head Gasket, Valve Cover Gasket, 2 Water Neck Gaskets, Carb. Gasket, the Intake & Exhaust Manifold Gaskets. Biggest difference is in the manifold gaskets, which in Genuine CASE are the original, individual style gaskets, whereas the aftermarket gaskets are 2 piece. Interestingly, both the CASE & aftermarket Head Gaskets are identical.
